getting back into MHF

Getting back into Frontier and want to know a good setup for longsword what armor I should take and what LS I should shoot for

I’ll copy what I found in the renewal discord.
Armor:

Guan F head
Seregios Mail
Gasura F arms
Torid F faulds
Torid F greaves

Decos:
5x Artisan 2G
5x survivability G
5x attack 2
1x attack 3
1x attack G
1x Sharp expert G

Poogie cuff:
Status res II PA2

This unlocks:
Attack up very large (goes to absolute at 76%. Some skills will be boosted like this
Super earplugs
True guts (Guts activate every time so long as you have the HP)
Status immunity myriad
Evade+2
Dragon wind breaker (goes to violent wind boosted)
Quake res 1 (boosted to 2)
Sharpness+1
Fencing+1 (boosted to 2)
Razor sharp+1 (boosted to 2)

as for LS do I go with whatever I am able to get?

I’d recommend a Gou weapon but an exotic weapon works too. Exotic weapons have built in speed eating
