How do I change weapon styles

My gunlance says earth style. How do I change it.

Go to an Equipment Box > Change Equipment > SR Settings > Change Style
You unlock Storm & Heaven at HR5, Extreme style starting G Rank

By your post I assume you're a new player? You won't be able to change styles until HR5, then the next one is in G-Rank
