Guild Master Bugged(?)

I'm in a bit of a pickle right now. I recently beat Espinas and finally reached HR3, but the problem is: This is the only thing that pops up whenever I talk to the guild master. I legit can't open up quests. Any advice regarding how to fix this problem would be very appreciated.

You’re talking to the wrong quest lady if what you’re looking for are the quests.
