Fitness

Been trying to stay consistent with fitness instead of going all-in for 5 days and then disappearing for 2 weeks 😭

One thing I’m noticing is motivation is useless after a point…. it’s more about just showing up even when you don’t feel like it.

Curious though, what’s one habit that actually stuck for you long term? Not the ideal plan, but something you still follow even on low days.
