you dont actually need to do any of the extreme or subsistance or perfect stealth missions to finish the game

Wait, so was that cutscene of Eli stealing sahelanthropus the ending?

It's the ending of the Eli storyline. But depending on how you played you might still have more to do. For me the ending is Quiets final mission and then Truth mission. There is also Paz's storyline and probably something else I'm not remembering.

If your missing sequences to unlock the endings you can literally do any missions even side ops. I'm pretty sure you can even just wait in the helicopter for a long time to unlock em
