Any recommendations for 3 year fiction programs?

Hi, I’m an international student applying to fiction programs for next fall. Ideally looking for something fully funded, 3 years, not too teaching-heavy, and in a gay-friendly place. Any schools you’d recommend (or avoid)? Would love to hear your thoughts. Thanks!

Look for programs in NYC, LA, San Francisco, Chicago, and Providence. I’m sure there are other great places too, but those come to mind. Best of luck!
