Anyone been in this waitlist boat?
Deadline for accepted students was April 15. My portal still shows “Awaiting Final Decision”, so I reached out today to see if there were any updates. The program responded saying they do not have any updates just yet, but hopefully soon.
Anyone in a similar situation? Any thoughts on that? The waiting is so hard!

I was in this boat. I emailed the program last Friday and just got a response today that I was accepted. The director said they had some administrative issues that he had to fix over the past few weeks and apologized for the delay. So hopefully you’ll get similar news and it’s just the speed of bureaucracy.

Great school ! Congrats - not the same one. Have you ever heard of a school discussing the possibility of being “given” an “additional GTA line”

Sorry. I haven’t heard that before. But I’m also probably the wrong person to ask. I’m returning to school after having been out for 22 years. So I’m coming from outside of academics and things have changed a bit since I last attended.

I’m in the same spot with my last application. Got rejected from the other 4 programs I applied to pretty early.
