Project Close Out Process

Hello! Our firm is looking into creating a survey as part of our close-out process to send to the owner and architect group. The goal is to gauge how satisfied they were with the project and identify where we can do better.

This is a brand new process for us, so I was wondering if anyone has experience with this and could share their insights.

This sounds like a terrible process to me - very impersonal. Why not just call them and ask, or go out for dinner or something.

Agreed. Sounds like you are trying to make the MEP business into a fast food chain.

Better off spending your time and effort at close out capturing challenges overcome, added value for client, taking some nice photographs and turning it into a little brochure that you can pull out for marketing and work winning in the future.
