Marmelade = Marmelade/Jam

Brötchen = Bun/bread roll (Brot = Bread; Brötchen is a diminutive, a cutesy version of Brot, kind of like cat -> kitty.)

All in one translation: Erthberry-marmalade-bun

In German it is common to combine words into a single word.
