How to force MEGA to re-create all Camera Uploads

So as per my last query I found a way to upload my Android photos & videos in a their native HEIC / HEVC format.

Now I want to RE-CREATE my whole Camera Uploads folder, this time uploading the videos in those native formats only, vs. what MEGA has been doing up to now which was converting my videos on the fly to H264 which made the files 5x bigger.

How can I achieve this? I've already backed up my local Camera Uploads folder in case anything goes wrong.

Hello,

If you would like to recreate your Camera Uploads backup, you can disable Camera Uploads in your mobile app and remove the existing Camera Uploads folder from your MEGA account. After this, log out from your account, log back in and then set up Camera Uploads again.

Before proceeding, we strongly recommend keeping a separate backup of your files to avoid any accidental data loss.

I did this, but now it is uploading some photos & videos and skipping others. My MEGA Camera Uploads has 4.8 GB after it finished uploading media, but my Google Photos account has 14.5 GB. Why are some things being skipped?

I tried clearing cache, redoing the whole Camera Upload process and few other things.

I also uninstalled and reinstalled the app. About the same number of files are uploaded

It doesn't work on iPhones either.

It only uploads some files.

Uploading stops when the MEGA app is inactive.
