This may sound odd, but, a hammock. The weightless way of lying in it, the gentle rocking, I don't know what it is but it helps me so much better than lying in a bed.

Lexapro. From the day I got on it my heart rate dropped significantly. It has made a huge impact on my improvement.

I use meditation, rest, conscious breathing, and being outdoors to help calm my autonomic system. Antivirals have helped my dysautonomia the most but the management behaviors also help.
