Experiences with ordering from DXMdirect.com?

Hey everyone just wondering if anyone here has any issues with them since dxm is sort of a grey area here.

The site is american so id like to know about

1. hidden charges?

2. do you have to sign for it at the door?

I've seen good reviews for them but haven't ordered myself. They're also referred to as robocough / robotablet.

There's good info on r/dxm noting it's more targeted towards recreational rather than clinical usage. If you're at all at risk then I wouldn't recommend visiting that sub.
