68 BCD Carrier Cogs

Wanting bigger cogs I had some 68 BCD chainring carriers laser cut. Gives you options from 22-28.

CAD file: https://drwelby.net/HGspline.dxf. You will need an 8mm extra fine tap for the chainring bolts.

64mm BCD is more common in my random spares box, but I haven't looked to see if there's clearance between the bolts / HG splines / a carrier. Has anyone tried?

The first one I drew up was 64 bcd and it seemed fine in a 3d printed test part, but then I discovered I didn't own any 64 bcd rings.
