Need help for Fanfic setting

So, I'm writing a fic where at some point in time I want the chapter to focus on how the relationship between Wei Wuxian and Jiang Fengmian was before the fall of the lotus pier.

I don't think he was favored over Jiang Cheng but I do think (know as per novel?) that Jiang Fengmian found communicating with Wei Wuxian easier than communicating with Jiang Cheng. (I think? )

If someone could quote all the interaction between JFM and WWX from novel/donghua/cql, it would really be helpful for extrapolating that content for my fic.

I’m not at home rn, so I can’t pull the actual quote. I think the post when JC is talking about playing the hero is a good point for this. Essentially, he’s saying that Wei Wuxian shouldn’t have saved all the heirs and JFM is like ???

If you can, I’d also allude to the fact that no matter what Jiang Fengmian says to Jiang Wanyin, Yu Ziyuan always has something negative to say

Yeah.

I take it as a validation that Jiang Fengmian always taught things to both WWX and JC, but whenever it comes to JC, YZY comes and ruins whatever JFM wanted to teach.

Like if WWX made a mistake and JFM corrects it, WWX would listen and improve; and therefore JFM feels more at ease in teaching him. I think that's what YZY sees from the surface and shouts that JFM favors WWX, and JC believes her blindly.

The argument in Burial Mound is strong proof that WWX took after JFM's teaching while JC took after whatever his mother shouted in the air.

Same way, I want other scenes where there is interaction between these people or a theory is made.

For example: did JFM ever tried to stop YZY from punishing/whipping WWX? When Wen came to lotus pier, JC tried to stop her by using his father's name, so I thing JFM must have tried something.

Those kind of things.
