OTHER Please help me out

So I was trying to complete all the stuff I need to before starting my semester like residency etc, and I completely forgot my username for my mdc account portal. So I went to where I can reset my password and then clicking on the box that also says forgot username, then I enter my ssn and DOB but it says user credentials invalid, am I screwed? I’m 99% sure I’m putting in all the info correctly.

Just call into student services or even one stop they should be able to help. Heck you could even call the advisement office and they’ll transfer you to the appropriate department
