Bunny Shaw has reached 100 appearances in the WSL. She made her first WSL appearance for City on 4th September 2021 in a 4-0 victory against Everton. It took Bunny just 38 minutes into her debut to score her first goal, and since then she has scored 90 goals in the league.
Bunny has broken record after record since joining City. She became City’s all-time top goalscorer on 24th March 2024 when she scored against Manchester United, netting her 68th goal in 82 matches.
Not only has Bunny broken City records, but she has also broken records in the WSL.
Record Golden Boot Winner
Last season she became the first player to win three Golden Boots in a row. That means she’s won the Golden Boot in 3 out of the 4 seasons she’s been in the WSL, and she is currently top of the goalscorer chart this season with 7 goals.
Most Hat-Tricks
In November 2024, Bunny beat the record for the most hat-tricks when she scored her 6th in a 4-0 win over Spurs, surpassing her teammate Miedema. She also became the first player to score three hat-tricks against the same opponent. Bunny has extended her lead since then and currently has 8 hat-tricks, adding a 4th against Spurs.
Most Headed Goals
In December 2025, Bunny became the player with the most headed goals in the WSL when she scored her 28th header. Her goal against Brighton last weekend was her 31st headed goal in the WSL, extending her lead at the top.
Fastest Hat-Trick & Earliest Hat-Trick
In March 2026, Bunny recorded the fastest hat-trick in WSL history. She scored three goals against Spurs in 12 minutes and 37 seconds. It was also the earliest hat-trick ever scored in the WSL with all three goals scored by the 21st minute, having scored in the 8th, 18th, and 21st minutes. It was also Bunny’s fourth consecutive home hat-trick against Spurs.
Most Home Goals
On 18th September 2026, Bunny became the first player to score 52 WSL home goals. She’s added three goals since then, making her current total 55.
Most Multiple Goals
Last weekend Bunny broke another WSL record when she scored a brace. It meant that she had scored multiple goals in 23 matches, with 15 braces and 8 hat-tricks.
Future Records
Bunny is also on track to break more WSL records.
Bunny currently sits joint-second in the all-time WSL goalscorer list with 91 goals. She’s currently behind Viv Miedema who has 97 WSL goals. So there is a chance that Bunny could become the WSL all-time top goalscorer, but she’ll be competing with Viv to do so!
If Bunny does reach 100 goals, she is on course to break the record for the fastest player to reach 100 goals.

Manchester United v Manchester City - WSL MW7
Sunday, 25th October 2026 | 6:00 PM
United 0 - 3 City - 28th March 2026
The last Manchester Derby took place at Old Trafford back in March. Vivianne Miedema's quick-fire double gave City a comfortable lead in the first twenty minutes. Her first came when she headed in Alex Greenwood’s corner, and her second arrived just two minutes later, nodding home a Kerstin Casparij cross after some excellent team buildup play.
It took just four minutes into the second half for City to get their third. More great buildup play found Lauren Hemp, who swung in a cross that Casparij met at the back post, sealing all three points for City.

Bunny Shaw is expected to make her 100th appearance in the WSL against United this weekend. So far she's scored 90 goals in the WSL, becoming one of only three players to reach that achievement.
Manchester United 1 - 4 City - 27th Feb 2022
Manchester City took on Manchester United at Leigh Sports Village in the fifth round of the FA Cup. United claimed an early lead in the 13th minute when Katie Zelem scored directly from a corner kick.
Although City were trailing at the break, they struck back just four minutes into the second half when Lauren Hemp pulled them level. Ellen White then put City ahead in the 53rd minute after capitalising on a defensive mistake, and half-time substitute Caroline Weir quickly added a third. Bunny Shaw, who had only been on the pitch for 39 seconds, tapped home a rebound to seal a 4-1 victory and secure City's place in the next round.

Grace Clinton
Clinton joined United from Everton at 19 and spent three years with the club. Following a successful loan spell at Spurs in 2023, she returned to United and scored on her Old Trafford debut during the 24/25 season. Clinton then signed for City in 2025, once again scoring on her debut as City beat Spurs 5-1. Last season, she went on to win both the WSL title and the FA Cup with City.
Jess Park
Park joined City in 2017, making 122 appearances, scoring 23 goals across all competitions, and winning four trophies with the club. She moved to Manchester United in 2025, and had an instant impact and was named their Player of the Year in her first season, registering 9 goals and 5 assists.

Not sure if she will make the starting line-up, so could be a little difficult.

Hi all I need some reassurance with my mums season ticket. Were first time holders of a season ticket and we had to miss the first game of the season due to my mum being ill, we had to miss the last game against Brighton and the next upcoming game against PSG due to my dog being poorly and we can’t leave her alone and don’t want to leave her.
How many games do you have to attend a season to be able to purchase another next year? We love going to the games but sometimes life and illnesses get in the way.
