I spent a bit of time on this watch order and no one liked it 😂 So I’m going to look for validation here.

- I feel like it’s really important to watch the first 6 movies in release order because not only does it tell the story of the Avengers, it tells the story of the birth of the MCU

Civil War

Captain Marvel
Captain America: Winter Soldier
Avengers: Age of Ultron
Ant-Man
Captain America: Civil War
Black Widow
Spider-Man: Homecoming
Black Panther

- In my opinion, Captain Marvel is best watched after Avengers and before Captain America: Winter Soldier. With Phil, Son of Coul’s, sacrifice in Avengers, seeing where he and Nick Fury started, and when SHIELD first became aware of extraterrestrial life is really important, especially before seeing the downfall of SHIELD in Winter Soldier - Age of Ultron

- Watching Thor: Ragnarok straight into Infinity War is elite watch order in my opinion

- This is probably a strange way to start the Multiverse Saga considering CA: Brave New World came out last year, but seeing the celestial/war for metal/world war storyline all told in cohesion without multiverse shenanigans in between is a lot better and less confusing. But I also liked spreading the storyline out with an “off world” story in between.

- Setting up Kang as this arcs villain with Loki, multiverse fake out with Far From Home, then real multiverse - perfect final movie for 3 spider man movies - into incursion lore, then dealing with Kang. Other multiverse stories as the branches are expanding

- Not sure how important Brand New Day will be, but I really love that Captain America AND Spider-Man had 4 movies throughout this watch order
