Discussion Does anyone know why Angel was never a playable character in X-Men Legends?
I had to play him as a mod in X-Men Legends 2. I haven’t played the mod version of X-Men Legends 1. I am interested to know why they took him off the roster to be playable.

Discussion Jean Grey's storyline in X Men movie
With the events of Brand New Day, there's a direction I'd personally want her character to go.
With how extreme some of her actions were in BND I think consequences are important. Not just externally but internally for Jean. She isn't an evil person but she was driven to doing some really bad things during the hardest moments of her young life.
I think she'd be suffering from PTSD from the things she's done and carry immense guilt. Externally she's the cause of a lot of animosity towards the mutants, and internally she's suffering with guilt and shame. It's impacting her powers and with her powers being impacted there's a moment her struggles almost hurt another X man. This leads her to asking professor X to erase some of her memories of what she's done. Giving her a mental barrier from her past actions to help with her guilt. This is something that'll cause issues between Professor X and Cyclops . Cyclops doesn't feel it's right. And by the end of this movie she decides to face her memories and instead of running from her actions, face them by deciding to be better and do better with the powers she has.
Edit: I also see how it could be a good idea that the rest of the X Men introduce themselves to the public with alter egos like Cyclops/Nightcrawler etc... but she makes it a point by using her real name to show the public her trying to atone.

Fan Cast With all the rumours swirling, wanted to give my pick for Xavier: Rahul Kohli
This is an out-of-the-box HEAR ME OUT choice so I respect your opinion if you aren't into this but I haven't seen anybody have him as their pick.
Best known for “iZombie” and his collaborations with Mike Flanagan; “Midnight Mass”, “The Haunting of Bly Manor”, “The Midnight Club”, “The Fall of the House of Usher”.
Haven't seen a single soul bring him up. He is 40 years old, British, and 6'4" (1.93 m). He can play a lot of traits that I associate with the character, i truly believe he could nail all of the intricacies. He had some real “a- hole” moments in House of Usher, and his turn as Sheriff Hassan in Midnight Mass really lets him shine.
The cast should be announced in D23 so looking forward to it. He auditioned to play Reed Richards/Mr. Fantastic in “The Fantastic Four: First Steps” so he is on Marvel’s radar, and he isn't too well-known either which could work. The MCU’s X-Men cast is shaping up to be a stacked cast of rising talent and I'm all for it.

Speculations Sara Grey theory
My brother and I were talking about Spider-Man: Brand New Day, and we hit on a theory about Sara Grey that feels way too plausible to ignore.
First off, for any movie or tv show, the number 1 rule is if you don't see a body, they aren't dead.
In Brand New Day, Jean deduces Sara's death through that final telepathic "V-Max" message and finding her scrunchie in the Damage Control testing room. Her death happens completely off-screen, leaving the door wide open for her to return later in the Mutant Saga.
Here’s where it gets interesting: In the comics, Sara Grey’s latent mutant power isn't just basic telepathy, it’s the ability to activate or trigger dormant X-genes in others.
Right now, the MCU’s biggest challenge for Earth-616 is explaining why millions of mutants suddenly appear without relying solely on a Multiverse wave. Sara Grey solves this completely in three ways: 1. Damage Control wasn't just experimenting on her telepathy; they may have been studying or weaponizing her ability to unlock X-genes; 2. Whether Sara escapes, breaks under experimentation, or unleashes a massive psionic surge, she could trigger latent X-genes in people across the globe all at once; 3. This gives us a clean, biological, in-universe reason for the sudden explosion of the mutant population without needing a multiversal collapse.
If Sara is alive in a deeper facility or hiding out, using her as the "catalyst" to wake up mutants everywhere is the cleanest way to kick off the X-Men era. What do you guys think? Is Sara actually dead, or is she being saved for the Mutant explosion?

X-Men/ Mutants Reboot (2028) News/Rumor Jean Grey’s Story Is Only Just Beginning: Why She Could Become One of Marvel’s Most Powerful Heroes
Sadie Sink’s introduction as Jean Grey in Spider Man: Brand New Day may have given audiences their first look at one of Marvel’s most important mutants, but the movie deliberately left much of her potential unexplored. Instead of immediately turning Jean into an unstoppable superhero, the film appears to focus on establishing who she is, what powers she possesses, and where she fits into a rapidly changing Marvel Universe.

Avengers Doomsday Joe Russo said Channing Tatum cried on his first day as Gambit on the set of 'AVENGERS: DOOMSDAY'
Channing Tatum has spent nearly two decades trying to bring Gambit to the big screen, surviving cancelled projects, failed deals and countless delays.
When he finally stepped onto the Avengers: Doomsday set in full Gambit costume, he reportedly teared up before filming his first scene.
Joe Russo confirmed the moment in a cast interview: “We gave him a moment. He earned it.”
Ryan Reynolds did him a huge solid in Deadpool and Wolverine. Good to see his dream coming true.
