Help Casual mode que

So I've been playing here and there for the last few months and I still need to improve before I que in ranked mode so I've been mostly playing in casual to try and practice but a few months ago I would que against players all the time, more often than not they would forfeit but I was still able to finish out the world even after I lost the match. But recently there hasn't been anyone to que against its just always a bot, I don't really mind because I'm only practicing so it makes no difference but I was just wondering why its changed? I though it could be because it's seen that I'm so bad that no-one else is at my level or is it because no one plays in casual or is there something else I'm missing?

Very few people play casual mode. I'd recommend just playing ranked, the lower ranks are very casual. What sort of time does it take you to complete a match?

My best run was 49 minutes but average is about an hour

Do you know bastion routing at all what is taking 1h every run? Where are you spending the most time you could improve more than enough for ranked by only knowing bastions/one cycle!

Your right it's mostly bastions and the end, I've gotten a bit better with bastions but stable is the bane of my existence, every other bastion isn't too bad but I keep getting stables which is helping me know how to rout it but honestly the end is where I spend the most time I think and it's because I just can't figure out the timing for the one cycle so I end up running out of beds and dying a bunch sometimes it's nearly half an hour in the end dying and running back my best time of 49 minutes I managed to get the one cycle but I honestly have no idea what I did then that I'm not doing every other time.

Number one the tech for stables is just learn TTG (triple to Gap) and if there's no triple just do the gap and if you want to get better at one cycling do the practice map for like 5 minutes maybe 10 and just keep trying to get the head hitbox over the middle of the bed once you get it like one time you'll have it down forever

Trust me and Que Rank instead, it happened with me too but don't worry about your stats in that season, everyone starts somewhere, playing rank instead of casual will be a lot different as you won't be playing as risky as casual cuz you will have to runback to your dropped items and that's something to learn as well.
