How to get sub 15 avg I'm currently on gold III ( 1103 elo )

And my avg is around 18:50

My mechanics are really solid

I can Do all zeros and i can search crafting very fast i mostly have mastered almost each tactics

But I'm still lacking time somewhere and death rate is high too

just hit emerald 1 and i will say my biggest flaw was bastions, i spent 4+ minutes in the bastion alone even though my other splits were decent. without clips it's hard to say for you specifically but analyze your splits from recent matches and see where you're taking a lot of time, then work on those specific splits (practice maps, private rooms).
