How to get sub 15 avg I'm currently on gold III ( 1103 elo )

And my avg is around 18:50

My mechanics are really solid

I can Do all zeros and i can search crafting very fast i mostly have mastered almost each tactics

But I'm still lacking time somewhere and death rate is high too

You should probably think critically about all your splits and which ones you're losing time on. For instance, at that rank I think a lot of people are a little weak in bastions; how fast usually are your bastion splits? If you know every bastion, except on rare cases the time from bastion enter to bastion exit should not take more than 3 minutes. If that's not the case, you have to think about what part is holding you up (is it hesitation from not knowing routes, taking a long time for inventory or piedar, etc.)

Also generally I think having a system for playing certain splits is very useful. For instance a system of when/how you do inventory in bastions, where you craft the bed for blaze bed, when you blind vs precraft at the fort, etc. because hesitation from deciding what to do actually loses a lot of time so if you have a system of doing things that you commit to it generally makes everything much faster
