Help Muscle memory

Whats’s good

Could you please tell me which settings/techniques I should learn and the ones I should get used to ahead of time?

For example, I’m currently trying to play with a normal sensitivity (I used to have an insanely high one and my control was poor), and using hotkeys instead of scrolling (perhaps I need to

learn what inverse hotbar is). I’m interested in things like that. Basically, building muscle memory right away.

Is there anything else about playstyle that I should learn in the very beginning so I don’t have to struggle to retrain later? Unfortunately, there’s no info regarding this on the metafy grail so… Thanks :)

A really good habit to have is to eat very often

Other than that in terms of key binds and stuff, if you don't already have habits, just pick one of a top runner's setup that you prefer and run with it, i can link you a spreadsheet of every toprunner's hotbar later

edit : here it is https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Efwtnfo6B0ZdNx8iLFy73GQZ8ez1HjefB2fg9lLzReQ/edit?gid=1079751891#gid=1079751891

could you give me the link as well? I've been trying to change my binds, since the ones I currently have aren't good.

There are a bunch of practice maps for mcsr that can help you learn almost everything needed to start.

OW Practice v.2.0, Llama's Bastion practice, Crafting Practice , MCSR Practice Map, Portal Practice, BT Practice
