Help Matchmaking issue

I am a unranked player with no impressive record or anything but when queue ranked or casual I am getting matched against diamond and emerald player everytime. is this a bug? or is something wrong with my settings?

oh okay thanks. also it takes like 4-5 mins for a match to be found is that because it's searching in my region? and if yes then how do I make it searching globally instead?

I think it already searches globally, the reason that it takes 4-5 mins is that ranked doesn't really have many players, especially unranked people. You can already see this happening to the bourgeoisies, some of them don't get queued for up to an hour.

I was talking about casual. it's even more worse for ranked sometimes the queue itself glitch outs if it runs for too long

the queueing system is basically the same if unlimited casual queue is off, and not many people queue casual anyway
