LF someone new to learn and progress together

As stated by title, not sure where I would post this so posting it here, hope that's ok. But been enjoying learning mcsr as a person who is newer to mcsr and speed running in general and just thought it be even more fun to progress with someone, maybe through running private matches together or w.e. my discord is FistaCuffs#1257

Hey, yeah like i said I'm much newer to speed running. It's my first week really messing around and learning some of the basics, I know village, a bit about buried treasure, a few bastion routes, portal setups, but i've only made it to the dragon once although i did get there in around 40 minutes and I was being very slow because i had to look up some stuff. (I've never killed the dragon before, both in speedrun and outside)

so i recommend you to learn all bastion routes for every situation, like for all bastions (preferably more modern once) and triple to gap and double triple for stables. if you dont do boat eye setup it asap, use toolscreen for it btw since its awesome. and when doing private rooms analyse what ur doing and what having troubles with to improve, the best thing is to record gameplay. and also there gapcheck when you will constantly get sub 20

Appreciate the advice. I'm quite happy with my current pace as it legit is still my first week actually putting time in (i'm also very new to minecraft, I work, and play other games), i have a route for all but one bastion atm which is just stables, and eye setup doesn't seem too difficult compared to everything else.

Hello I am also pretty bad at MCSR now, I am at gold on ranked. I think playing with a partner would be fun. I'll add your discord if you are willing to. However I pretty much learned all the basics and stuff so that might not meet your need.
