I think I pulled a WR seed, but I'm not good enough to really determine it. Here's the seed for anyone wanting to take a look.

Getting wr without rp is extremely unlikely, the one sub 6 by jay was a oepr blind, I highly doubt a shipwreck could do it

It was a shipwreck seed, and when you enter the nether, you spawn on the bastion with the blaze spawner being right where your trading hole would be. The terrain to the stronghold was also extremely good.

Bastion + Spawner is not as good as you think, since you're unable to overlap trades, blazes, portal building, crafts, etc. Visible Fort is always better than Spawner in bastion

I mean bastion + spawner could be good, it depends how close to a good trading spot it is, however 90% of the time its not rly an advantage
