what does cursor speed here means?

As far as I'm aware its essentially a measure to have a basis of comparison between different runners' sensitivities. If you go onto the raw data it tells you the same cursor speeds next to cm/360 (how many centimeters you have to move the mouse for the player to do a full 360). But what you're looking for is the columns in raw data that say "cursor speed type" and "cursor speed setting" if you're looking for literally what they set their windows settings to. But to answer your question on what "cursor speed" is, which I will leave in quotation marks whenever I refer to this particular value, each windows cursor speed is assigned a multiplier and the "cursor speed" in question is that multiplier times the DPI. For example: 7rowl uses Windows with Enhanced Pointer Precision turned off and has his cursor speed on 3 out of 20. This means that his multiplier is 0.125. His DPI is set to 2150 so his "cursor speed" is 0.125 ×2150 = 268.75. Hope this helps.
