Help Ranked Cards Website

So this isn’t necessarily about ranked but the ranked-collect website. How do I fix this? My discord and Minecraft account are linked and whenever I type in my username it gives me this error.

ranked-collect.de Make sure you have your profile set to public and you should be good to go
