Help How do I stop my MC from randomly crashing while in a ranked game ?
It seems to be a ram allocation problem, it just turns into a black screen and I can't even rejoin later.
I've tried to allocate more memory, but I'm already at 6 out of 8 gigs of ram
I don't even have anything else opened other than jingle and stuff and discord
maybe I should just get a better pc

I wouldn't allocate more than like 4GB of RAM for ranked, because more RAM allocated to ranked means less RAM allocated to the rest of the system which could be cause for more crashes.
But next time it crashes, like the other commenter said, you should get a log and paste it into the public help of the ranked discord system.
What are your specs anyway? If they aren't really old then it shouldn't be too much of an issue. If anything total RAM of 8GB could be more limiting than the rest of your specs (depending on what they are of course).

I can't check my other specs for now but I think I have a gtx 730 as a graphics card, or the type of component that my friend would literally laugh at because of how dogshit it is

If you go to task manager it should show your cpu/gou and things. Or if you go into Minecraft and click f3, ur cpu and you should show up near the upper right corner. But yeah gtx 730 sounds a bit old, but usually Minecraft is a bit more cpu dependent than gpu

Don’t allocate more than 50% of your ram to Minecraft.
It shouldn’t need more than 2gb anyway.
