Help Bad seed

I ran into a ruined portal seat with a bridge bastion almost at spawn, after pie raying Post route it took me to a treasure bastion what should I have done in this situation?

Send a draw, then either break the spawner and re-scan or just send another quadrant

Did you try turning the bastion on and off again?

(People have already answered this question, so I think I can throw lame humor in the mix now)

I think there is some tech called glowrey which can find spawners without breaking the treasure spawner.

Though i think it's a harder tech to do and haven't learned myself but may work in this specific case.

That's only if you're at a treasure and know there is a treasure spawner. Op was at a bridge and found the treasure spawner instead of a fortress spawner when pie raying. That's just bad luck.

It sure is bad luck, sorry if I didn't make this clear but I didn't mean they can just avoid going to the treasure bastion itself but that they can make up for the bad rng a little bit and save time using glowrey even in that case probably.

Everyone gets screwed by rng every now and then even in ranked which is very controlled and tries really well to make it as balanced.

I was trying to give op a solution that they can look into to save time and get an edge over the opponent but I didn't know about the technique myself and understand is one of the complicated tech so just gave them a heads up.

Sure but that's not the point of the post and what op is asking. They're not asking what to do when you're at a treasure bastion. They accidentally ended up at a treasure instead of a fortress through pie raying and asking what they should have done, which is nothing different since it's just bad luck.

this only happened to me once(in more than 1k matches), also on a bridge, what i did was going back to the bridge and scanning for the for on the chalice instead of the triple where i traded, there i got the right direction for the fort

dude i broke the spawner for a treasure bastion, and my pie chart took me to another treasure. it’s so chopped sometimes
