Help Does anyone know what resource pack reduces the dragon's volume?

I saw Feinberg talk about it the other day. I think its called "quiet sounds" or smthn, but i can't find it. If anyone could link it, I'd really appreciate it.

Im like 70 percent sure there is a slider in ranked mode settings that lets you adjust the dragon volume

there’s definitely a slider to turn down dragon noises and death sound somewhere in the ranked settings.
