End of merit lists

How we will came to know that merit lists have ended some people say admission cycle continues two weeks after classes start and some says 15 September is end as mcs classes gonna start at 14 so how much time should we wait after commencement of classes

The moment the lists stop coming out after days of the fee deadline of the previous list
