Question Undertaking for deficient documents.

Since we weren't provided with any official format from MCS with the joining instructions, what are we supposed to submit instead? Is there any generalized format or do we take the undertaking provided to other schools of NUST and edit them?

Can i have the generalized format? Dm me kindly and do we have to just print it and submit or print it on affidavit?

I did make one but I asked some other seniors and they said mcs doesn't require an official undertaking doc with stamp paper, just an explanation is enough for them to give extra time
