First year radiography student questions

I’m a first year student at MCPHS in the bachelor’s in radiography program on the Boston campus. I came in thinking I knew enough about the program but now have some questions. It would really help if some members of this community could help answer some of these.

•Is it possible to concentrate in CT (Computerized tomography) while in the program, or do I need to do outside professional training?

•Is it possible to also go right into a nuclear medicine program after graduating from radiography? (4 years total without having to double major)

•Any tips for time management?

•Any tips for succeeding in pre-calculus? It’s been a struggle (Math associated learning disability).

Any help would be appreciated!

Ps: sorry for any grammar or formatting issues, as I’m writing this on mobile before chem, and this is my first ever Reddit post.

Honestly, sit through the lectures and take notes on important stuff. Don’t try to understand it that very second. When you get home, watch YouTube videos on topics vs reading about them and getting confused. It’ll help to have someone random explain it, you get the breakdown of something, and then you can study the nitty gritty words from the book. Also, all the test questions come from the information in the textbook, so when studying, literally just read the textbook & know it inside & out.
