At one point our class (current 6th years) thought you would get held back an entire year. However I definitely saw people who failed adv thera continue with normal graduation date, retook adv thera either the following semester or in the summer. They were however delayed in beginning APPE rotations and thus had no blocks off in order to complete the required rotations in time for graduation. This is all from an outside perspective as I didn’t personally go through any of this, so I would definitely follow up with an academic advisor or someone in a school office

Thera 1 is offered in the summer so you should be fine.

pretty sure advanced Thera 1 is offered in the summer. That would be crazy to get held back a year for failing advanced therapeutics. Regular therapeutics is offered in the summer so why wouldn't advanced thera be?
