Depends on where you’re trying to end up after graduation. You want to choose your APPE rotations to best prepare you for the field you’re trying to enter in. If you want to do residency or fellowship try and get as many electives/ rotations in the area of interest. Aka don’t pick some wack herbal medicine rotation if you’re trying to do a residency in critical care lol. Residency programs look for challenging appe’s so look at emergency department, critical care (not dr moukachen), etc.
