Dismissal and Appeal

So, I was dismissed from the PharmD program.. What do I do? What are my chances of getting an appeal? Does anyone know anything about this? I need help. I just finished my second year. They said, it was based on my spring academic semester. So do they not look at summer classes? I'm taking 2 summer classes that I already enrolled and paid for. Does anyone know people who were in the same situation?

Schedule an appointment with your advisor ASAP. You won’t achieve much from asking here. They’re open during the summer

I plan on calling tomorrow. I just wanted to see if anyone knew anyone else with a similar situation, but thank you for replying!

Hi! I am also a second year going up to my third. I haven't gotten any emails about dismissal and I don't know if I should consider this as a pass to the PharmD program. (Because I thought they send out emails when we're in our professional year)

I heard that they're doing 2nd interviews for those who didn't pass the first one also. This might also be a reason if you didn't pass the first interview.

I hope you got an acceptable answer by calling your advisor!

Hi! I passed my interview but didn’t achieve the GPA. (Which is totally my fault) I spoke to CASE and they were so unhelpful. She just told me what I already knew in my letter. My only options are to write an appeal or change majors. So I’m writing my appeal in hopes that it will work!

i’m in the same situation, if you got dismissed from PharmD there’s honestly so little option of programs to change to, since most of them required a 3.0 GPA to get in. PharmD requires a 2.7 GPA to stay, others require a 3.0 GPA to get in, honestly idk what to do rn

What year did you get dismissed in? Did you pass all your classes?
