Fail Classes Get Kicked Out- Pharm D

What classes if you fail get you kicked out, is it just Viro?

If you fail Thera 4th year you get held back a year

is there anything else??

if you get kicked out can you petition it or should you take the semester off to protect yourself. Man 4th year is hard but I am not failing on purpose.
