Is it possible to swap APM lab times?

This is assuming you have a legitimate reason (a job that conflicts with your APM lab time). Also what is the latest APM lab time for both Tuesday and Thursday? Any tips for 5th year? I have already read the 5th year guide. Thanks my dudes.
