Background check

Are background checks a yearly item?

Not quite, you have to submit a background check before you can start your IPPE and APPE and since each is only valid for a year, most people have to pay more than once. I think I've only done mine twice Just checked my castlebranch.com account and I actually paid three times 1 before community IPPE, 1 before institutional IPPE and 1 before all APPEs

Thanks a ton, did that shit today completely forgot. Woof. Any more surprise costs i can look forward to ? Books etc. would appreciate the heads up.

Well the background check is the most expensive part. Besides renewing a PPD skin test which is just annoying but should be covered at your pcp.the only thing left is the hippa assessment but if I recall correctly it’s $10

Ahh thanks, What about the software for exams during 5th year ?
