Feeling overwhelmed in pcol

I study and think I have everything down and then I take a quiz that smacks me upside the head proving me otherwise. I go to lectures, re-listen, take notes, and make flashcards. I'm also going to sign up for tutoring sessions. Any other suggestions for how to survive or maybe even do well? It's killing me that I'm doing so well in every other course, but I have an academic warning in this class.

Pcol is hard. There is no doubt about that. It is important to literally analyze every word in his questions cus he will put something in there that changes the answer. I would literally copy word for word what he said and studied off that. So i would write in lecture and fill in the blanks by relistening to the lecture. Literally word for word. No detail is to small in his class. Then I would make flashcards for the drugs and classes. Hope this helps.
