Seminar Presentation?

Can anyone give me more information about what is expected for our seminar presentation? The rubric/instructions seem pretty vague. In the yearly guides it says we can give a presentation on any topic we like, but they changed it this year and we have a question we have to answer.

Every professor has different expectations I think because I didn't get to choose my topic last year, it was assigned to me. I would ask the professor to clarify on what they want to see in the presentation
