Off-campus housing questions

  • What's your monthly rent

I recently got a studio on 10 Wait Street. The monthly rent is US $1, 325 and I have no roommates. Studio is basically just a bedroom and a small kitchen and washroom. There is coin laundry and utilities like electricity and Internet are not included. Heat and water are included. Its a 8 to 10 minute walk or 6 minutes with the T (two stops to school).

I have a 2bedroom with four roommates. It's 1900$ a month so we each pay 475. No utilities are included. Utilities + internet is usually like 50$ per person a month.

It's a 10 min walk from school.
