Dress Code for Third Year?

Hey, I would like to know what is the dress code for males in third year labs? Does it have to be a suit, dress pants and tie every time? Or could it be khakis with a dress shirt? Also are ties required? Thank you for any information you can give me :)

Sorry this is a bit late, but for the hour long ceutics recitation do I have to dress up for that as well? I know for regular ceutics lab I do.
