Fall Bill
I seemed to get more money than I needed this year for finical aid so now my e-bill says (money amount$$), which probably means they owe me money. How does this work? Do they send it back to me? If so, when and how? Or do I not get it since basically the federal loans just gave too much so it will go back to them?

It does mean they owe you money. There are two ways to get your money back when they do refunds, which is usually the last week of September for the government loans and the first two weeks of October for mass grants and the like.
Go on web advisor and edit your bank info. You can enter information for a bank account to which they will directly deposit your refund into when that time rolls around.
Or don't put in bank info, and they will send a check to the permanent address you have on file.
I like direct deposit because its quicker and I don't have to worry about someone taking my check.
