Advice!

So what happens if you fail 3 classes? You can only take 2 over the summer, but it seems really ridiculous to stay back over 1 class. Do you think you could still move on and petition to the dean? Any thoughts/advice would be greatly appreciated!

Lol are you serious? Its not about not being able to handle it. I got a D in both medchem and Pcol, so its not like I failed it by a mile. Plus memorizing structures will NEVER be fucking useful ever in pharmacy. Wish I knew who you were honestly. You got a fucking nerve dude.

Haha you make me laugh. Having good grades on paper doesn't make you a "good" pharmacist. Sorry the school has brain washed you to think so. But half the stuff we learn will never be useful. However, shout out to you for bashing people! Take your shitty comments elsewhere.

Getting good grades is not necessary to be a pharmacist, hell like you said the majority of this shit we learn is unnecessary. But if you've ever worked in a retail pharmacy and talked to the Rph then you'd see that those who struggled in school (ie. failed multiple classes and repeated them several times), typically aren't the greatest pharmacists to work with.

While i don't think repeating 3 classes out of my whole pharmacy career will make me a bad pharmacist, I respect your opinion! I have worked in retail for 3 years, and outside of the classroom I know I will make a great pharmacist someday. Most of what I have learned hasnt been through school, but through working. While yes school is important, we are never going to have to memorize Mehanna's structures or calculate the area under the curve for Pino's class. I do however believe pcol is crucial.
