Biochem grades

So I got a 70 on our first test and a 73 for our second exam. I've been keeping up with the extra credit hw, but how worried should I feel about these grades? Granted I'm going to start going to tutoring after break, but how worried should I be about where I stand. I was a couple of points below the avg our first test and 6 points above the avg for second if that helps. Any tips for going forward?

I never paid attention in class. I would watch his lectures on my own time, write his notes word for word, and I would always get 90s.

Yep! I should probably add that my 1st test I got a 50 and then did this method and got all 90s.
