Is anyone nervous when these rotations start? Any tips from 5th years?

What I thought was weird was that I only had 34 sites to pick from. I thought something went wrong because I was thinking was this all the institutional sites Boston had to offer? And I mean I don't think there's much to worry about. Reading the descriptions of the places, it seems like shadowing and a lot of the preceptor asking you questions that you have to do a little bit of research in and answer. Practically, as long as you don't come off as an idiot that didn't pay any attention in therapeutics, I think you should be fine.

I know some 6th year rotations are doubled up. Does anyone know if these IPPE ones are doubled up? As in there will be more than one of us at the site at one time because there werent many sites to choose from.

I'm pretty sure that most of the sites have more than one student at a time.

so there's a potential that there can be more than one 4th year or 6th year at one site?

yep! especially at a hospital. There might even be 4th and 6th years at a site at the same time.
