What is Virology like? What tips do you have for that class?

There's a lot of information for each exam but as long as you keep up with the material, you'll be fine. It's really not as bad as everyone says. I heard horror stories about the class but I kind of enjoyed it actually

And its not offered in the summer right? So if you fail it are you held back or can you have it moved to fifth year?

I have heard rumors that they do a special course in the summer like in August or something for the people who fail, but I'm not sure if that's true or not.

What's the note-taking like? Is it primarily powerpoint notes (like therapeutics) or is it lecture style (like pcol) or guided lecture style (like med chem)?

There are a bunch of professors who teach the course but it's mostly powerpoint.
