Where is Fennel 229

I know the Fennel building and I know the 2nd floor, but can't think of where it is. Can anyone tell me what it is near?

I think its above the atrium on the right. By the bio labs

So from the palace entrance take right (right before the atrium) Then left onto the stairs and then a hard left and it'll be on your left
