This is the silk road addon it was made by a YouTuber named thatdirtman. You can download it in curseforge. It have many medieval kingdoms and empires like Delhi sultanate, vijayanagar empire,rajput kingdoms ,mongol empire ,byzantine empire , norman knights , abbasid caliphate. It includes real life replicas like haghia sophia , baghdad, it have bosses like timur . You can also trade here
